By purchasing or wndoloading our sound kits, you agree to the following terms:

What You Can Do

  • All our sound kits are royalty-free, meaning you can use them to create original music for both personal and commercial projects.

  • You do not owe us any future payments or royalties.

  • You cannot resell, redistribute, or share the kits as standalone files.

  • You can use these loops royalty-free for online beat leasing.

  • You’re free to upload your beats or songs that use these loops to platforms like YouTube, BeatStars, SoundCloud, and other digital music services (DSPs).

Creative use is encouraged! These loops are meant to be starting points, not finished products. We recommend chopping, flipping, or pitching the loops to make them your own and avoid potential content ID flags or overlap with other releases.

What to Do for Major Placements/Label Releases

 If you land a major placement with a signed artist, label, or sync deal, please reach out for clearance before releasing. We want to make sure there are no issues with your release later on. A quick email is all it takes to cover you.

License Certificate

Each kit comes with a License Certificate. Be sure to keep this for your records, especially if you plan to release your music commercially.

Refund Policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality digital products. Since our products are digital and can’t be returned once downloaded, all sales are final.

We may consider a refund in the following cases:

  • If you made a duplicate purchase by mistake.

  • If the file is corrupted, and we are unable to fix it.

  • If a technical error prevented you from downloading your purchase.

To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and details about the issue. If your request is approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
